You can request your free 45-minute trial lesson through our contact form. We will get back to you shortly to arrange the date and time and share everything you need for your first online Greek lesson.
2. What happens during the trial lesson?
During the trial lesson, we get to know you and your goals. We assess your level, discuss your learning preferences, and suggest a personalized learning plan, including your schedule and lesson type (Private, Semi-Private, or Group).
3. What happens after the trial lesson?
After your session, we’ll recommend the most suitable Greek course and lesson type for you and guide you through the next steps. You can then confirm your enrollment via email. Lessons are prepaid and include teaching, materials, and ongoing teacher support.
4. Where do I get the learning materials?
Learning materials depend on the course. For General Greek, your teacher will recommend a textbook and guide you on how to obtain it. For other courses, you will receive materials designed by Greek Online Academy, along with access to additional online resources.
5. When are private or semi-private lessons scheduled?
Lessons are scheduled based on your availability. We recommend fixed weekly slots for consistency, but we can also offer flexibility depending on your schedule. Most students take 1–4 lessons per week.
6. Can I join from a different time zone?
Yes, we teach students worldwide and adjust schedules to your time zone.
7. What is the cost of a lesson?
Prices vary depending on the course and lesson type (Private, Semi-Private, or Group). You can find details on each course page.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be made by debit or credit card (via payment link) or bank transfer.
9. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule without charge. Late cancellations are charged in full.
10. What happens in case of technical issues?
Any lost lesson time due to technical issues is rescheduled at no extra cost.
11. How can I join a group course?
Simply contact us with your level, availability, and time zone. We will place you in a suitable group or notify you as soon as a new group becomes available.

Yes, we offer tailor-made group courses for private groups, companies, and organizations.
13. Do you offer preparation for Greek exams (Ellinomatheia or citizenship)?
Yes, we offer structured preparation for the official Greek language exams (Ellinomatheia) and citizenship requirements. Our courses cover all exam components and include mock exam practice.
